Chef Ken hall brings “Smoking with his hair on fire” passion to please your taste buds with BBQ Love! Each savory BBQ morsel is infused with his TLC: Taste, Low & Slow, and Combos of Heat, Seasoning and Love!

In addition to our street vending menu, count on Chef Ken for pop up specials so such as:   Asian Fusion, Smoked Brisket Reuben, Bavarian Pork with Spaetzles, Loaded Pork & Bock Cheese Sweet Potato Fries, Korean Beef with Pineapple over Rice with Soy/Ginger Glaze, Chicken Quarter with Red Beans & Rice, Coleslaw and Cornbread Muffin with Honey Butter. . . . . And for Special Events we serve what makes sense, such as ice cold watermelon chunks on a 4th of July, 100 degree Day!
